VP of Engineering

Responsibilities

Responsible for researching and developing technology in the area of networking and multimedia distribution. Duties include:

• Leading engineers in researching and developing multimedia peer-to-peer streaming, peer-to-peer systems and/or video coding;
• Researching, developing and implmenting scalable strategies to increase productivity;
• Planning for future requirements and incorporating inputs into the design and development of Dyyno's core technology and products;
• Organizing software engineering processes using agile techniques;
• Developing project plans and a timeline to deliver new features;
• Coordinating engineering resources to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Ph.D./equivalent OR MS/equivalent + 3 years of experience.

Software Engineer — Client Team

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Dyyno's video broadcaster for Windows. Tasks include screen/application capture and video encoding modules;
• Identify technical and development reisks / obstacles and generate solutions.

Qualifications:

• BS / MS in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• 4+ years of work experience in software development;
• Excellent proficiency in C++ programming;
• Strong background in UI implementation across multiple platforms;
• Quick learner with good communication and problem solving skills.

Additional Experience and Skills (highly desired):

• Experience with GPU programming a definite plus;
• Good track record in successfully shipping products;
• Experience in Qt programming
